It is in these moments that we need someone to listen — really listen — with empathy, without judgment, and with a willingness to see things through your eyes. 

That is why I am here.

With a background in social work and psychology, and more importantly, with real-life experiences of my own, I understand how deep the struggle can go. I know that sometimes what helps most is not advice or solutions, but simply someone who gets it.  If you are here, it means you are looking for something — support, clarity, healing — and I want you to know: you are in the right place. 

I am Paliny Kanagalingam, a Registered Social Worker with over 17 years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most difficult moments. My approach is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and the belief that healing begins when we feel truly heard.
